I am writing in appreciation of the fantastic job your technician Paulo did in clearing and repairing the drains at my home in Espiche. When the water in the drains started running slowly I called Drain Doctor and was advised that no call out charge applies for their service and that the technician would appraise the situation on arrival. He arrived exactly when he said he would.
He checked the drain with a CCTV camera and found that tree roots had grown into the drainage system and had blocked and deformed the drains. Paulo then discussed the various remedial options available. I was advised of the total cost of the work before commencement in accordance with the official price list carried by the technician. He cut through the offending roots and cleared a blockage with a high pressure jet. The re-lining of the deformed drains was carried out from outside the property without disturbing any of the floors or excavating the gardens - an amazing system !
Everything is running well again and I am very happy to recommend Drain Doctor without hesitation. Kind regards
